100 Acre Stream Valley - Joseph Plaskett Park Location: Amenity Surrounding Lorton Station North   Lorton Station was designed around an existing 100-acre Stream Valley Park, located in the North section of the community. In 1999, the park was dedicated to the founder of Lorton, Joseph Plaskett. A wooded walking / biking trail extends through both ends of the park, and includes a fair-weather crossing through the Pohick River, which threads its way through the community.
